Creating user accounts and setting privileges

You can create multiple user accounts in Workspace by going to:
System > Users > Users


  1. Klick "New" to create a new user account
  2. Fill in all personal information
  3. Select the modules that this user can access. You can for example give permissions only to Orders module.
  4. Click "Accept" to save changes

Now the new user can login to Workspace using his own username and password. Once logged in, the user can only see and access the modules he has been given privilidges.

Only users with access to "System" module can create / change user accounts.
