Workspace v.13 released!

Version 13. main new feature is the Campaign Tool which allows the creation of different kinds or product marketing campaigns. Also support for Maksuturva payment method is added along with Matkahuolto pick-up point service feature. There are also a lot of small improvements and fixes.
