This tab contains detailed information on one payment transaction. The information is divided into four tables.

Basic info

This table contains the basic info on the transaction. All this info was already displayed in the transaction list.

Payer info

This table contains info on the payer. In transactions initiated in the Webshop this data is gathered from the answers given in the order form by the customer.

Ordered items

This table contains a list of the ordered items. Unlike the cart listings in the Webshop the possible payment and delivery costs are also listed as items.

History

This table contains data on all the stages of the payment process. Different events are listed on their own row. The list contains the following columns:


  • Event time. The exact time when the event occurred.

  • Event type. The possible values are:


    • Created. The payment transaction was initiated.

    • Sent to payment service. The payer was directed to the bank (or other provider of payment services)

    • Received from payment service. The payer returned from the bank.

    • Checked. The payment was checked using the bank's check service.

    • Refunded request sent. Refund request sent to bank.

    • Refunded result. Refund result from bank.



  • Status. The status of the transaction after the event.

  • Details. The following types of events have more detailed information associated with them:


    • Sent to payment service - The complete HTML form that was used for sending the request to the bank.

    • Received from payment service - The URL and the parameters which was received from the bank.

    If details are available there's a link labeled "Show" that will open them in a pop-up window. In ambiguous situations these details can be used to track very precisely the interaction between Workspace and the payment service during the payment process.
