4.1 Users



The Users list view

The Users list gives you an overview of the Workspace user accounts. You can do the following user account management operations in this tab:


  • Create a new user: You can create a new user by following these steps:


    1. First click the "Create new user" button at the bottom of the tab.

    2. The "User card" tab opens with a form for the user information.

    3. When you have filled in all the details, click Accept. The system updates the new user's information and access rights.



  • Modify user information: You can change the user information by clicking the user in the Users list, and typing the new information over the old information in the "User card" tab that opens.

  • Delete an user account: By clicking the trash can icon on the right, the user profile can be deleted.
